Get Pedgroup from ped handle (SA)

only way is get or set group is using this opcodes
 
062F: [email protected] = create_group_type 0
07AF: $PLAYER_GROUP = player $PLAYER_CHAR group

but its not i want 
as we can see gangs and group they in streets i want to get their group handle 
so i can get who is leader and followers i look everywhere even plugins SDK no luck
