I've finished his missions and positively replied to his e-mail. He never called me to hang out. I completed the side-mission for Cherise before he had the chance to, though. Could it be that the automated phone call to Dwayne after completing it overwrote his hang-out call or something? Oddly enough, he did do that one scripted call to ask me if I called him while he was in the shower. If it has any relevance, I was following the Possible Trinity order in this particular game, which delays Playbox and Dwayne's missions quite significantly. Is that relevant?
