Be-Deliver Posted September 9, 2021 Share Posted September 9, 2021 Steam version of GTA III has the annoying "black car" bug, but at least the vehicle's headlights are fixed unlike in retail. With Vice City, can't say much on it. At least the song Billie Jean by Michael Jackson (and a bunch more songs iirc) isn't removed from the Steam version unlike in the RGL version and mobile ports. If you want to downgrade your Steam copy of both games to be moddable, you just have to find a 1.0 executable file of both and drop it into their respective game directories.
