[VC] Cleo code to completly remove money pickups?

Can someone please make me a cleo file that completely removes money pickups dropped from dead pedestrians and gangs? The reason why I want this is because while playing REVC with max Ped density, the money icons will freeze randomly after a while and wont disappear unless I start a new game or load a game before the bug occurred. If I save the game with the money freezing bug it wont ever go away. There is a cleo version that works with REVC but it's in the early stages. I would rather not have money pickups drop at all than have the money freezing issues.
