Ellie-H Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 (edited) Hello there, so Ive modded GTA IV with a few mods, mostly with one that merges the IV map with EFLC one, however I noticed that in north holland no gangs came to appear on the streets, only in the subway station underneath north holland, Ive checked the popcycle of north holland and everything seems fine there, it's set to spawn Angels of Death and Playboy's X gang, I disabled the EFLC map mix mod but still got no luck with gangs on north holland, Keep in mind I just started a new game and used Zolika's Trainer to be able to go to algonquin. Any ideas on what file could be causing to the gangs not to appear on the streets but instead only on the subway station?
