GTA IV can't answer/call phone bug

Hello my fellow GTA fans. I recently encountered a glitch in GTA IV while playing TLAD. The phone stopped working. I had a trainer on. A speedometer and scripthook obviously. Autosave on.  So you know after you finish a mission you either make a call or receive one, so I got hit by a car while on the phone and I think that broke the phone somehow. Like when you automatically make or receive a call the conversation doesn't play and it crashes the game in some cases. I panicked initially trying to undo what I did, even verifying my game files via steam and uninstalling commandline, trainer, speedo etc, even playing GTA IV main game and TBOGT, phone still not working. I think the game couldn't fetch the audio files. So I ended up deleting all save files from My Documents, profiles etc. and that did the trick. If anybody is having this phone glitch problem deleting your save files seems to be the solution.
