Game Crashes When Pressing "F" key

So i was playing gta sa when i decided to go do the driving school. So i did that but then afterwards when i went to get in a car i pressed f and my game crashed. I have lots of mods installed and i'm playing on the 1.0 hoodlum exe. Here is the modloader log:

I have no idea about the mods, I have never used them. 
My first thought would be to check for the keyboard settings in the game, and what the f key is defined for, and you may have a foreign language in your computer and set it with another language when using the f key to set your controller.

an unknown input may cause a program crush

not surely the issue but that’s what came in my mind

Thanks for your comment, i just ended up deleting my save and reinstalling the game since i couldn't fix it

Try removing the VehFuncs mod.
