PC: Issues with radio downgrader (using Rockstar Launcher Complete Edition)--- old songs come back, but still has dlc songs

 Fresh valid install from Rockstar Launcher (Complete Edition), used the auth code from my disc version. 

 

downgraded to 1070, then used the GTAIV radio downgrader. Game boots fine, the removed songs are back (schewine, 1979, etc) but it still has the DLC songs that use the same station (wanted dead or alive, crazy world, etc) in the main game.

Is there a way around this, or is this just how it is if using the newer complete edition to start with?

 

One thing I haven't done is apply the radio downgrader to the EFLC folder(s)... I was more worried about gtaIV working properly first.  Do I need to do that?
