GTA V Hud Flashing - HELP! - **SOLVED**

Last night the HUD in my game (GTA V) started flashing and I can't tell what's causing it?!?

 

Every time I load the game the HUD keeps flashing and I'm not able to select radio stations and/or weapons by bringing up the weapon wheel. It keeps flashing and there's no 'error' or indication as to what's causing the issue.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

EDIT: Restarted PC and it seems to be fixed. Weird since I've never encountered this error before.
