Weird bug in mission High Noon on Android

So, when I was playing High Noon on my android phone, I started to chase Pulaski, but minutes later, I noticed that Pulaski and CJ are not talking and they're quiet. So, I said it's just a bug, there's nothing to worry about. After that, when Pulaski's buffalo finally blew up but he still survives, I killed him using SMG, but when the ending cutscene started, CJ and Pulaski And CJ are quiet, again. They didn't speak. Please fix this. I can't finish this mission just because of the bug. (I have the cleo mod in my android phone.)

So it bothers me that you posted this August 28th and no one has answered since. Not even offered suggestions. Whatever. I had the same issue and like you googled everywhere for the answer. No dice. So i tried everything. Blow up, sniper, etc. Heres what works to force the mission to pass. Start off by shooting all his tires out. Then he will be more likely to go towards the dam rather then up the mountain. Then we be gets to the dam, execute a PIT manuever, taking his vehicle off the road. With his tires shot out and knocked onto the steep hill. He will fall into the river. Officer Polaski cant swim. He drowns so it skips the cinematic that bugs on android and counts as mission pass. Your welcome guy and anyone else who finds this thread via google like i did
