Help with rockstar support about missing jacket

Hello, I would like to ask if anyone has ever had this issue with rockstar support where they say you didn't do a supposed activity to get the reward but you actually did. The one in question is the impromptu race for a jacket that I even did with a fellow GTA forum member and now they say they have no record of me doing it. Does anyone have any experience with them when it comes to this?

Just 'keep your foot down' / just keep trying, if they say no say yes, if they close your support ticket make another and refer to the previous ticket saying that you do not agree with its outcome.

Eventually your ticket will get escalated high enough (usually tier3 but sometimes even higher?) for somebody to give you your stuffs.

Thank you, I did just that and even with a tier 3 support guy they said I wasn't eligible so I opened a new one and provided the screenshots again. This time they said I was eligible for the jacket and coveralls (even tho I already have them). Hopefully next time I'm in the game I have it!
