Anyone collecting the shipwreck clothing scraps to unlock the pirate outfit? Apparently there is one hidden on the map every day and finding seven of them will unlock the outfit.   I found the map below of all of the possible spawn points. Today on 8/27 the scrap was at point 11. The box is at a little beach area along the river.
