R* its 2021 why no mobile radio still?

i don't get it why theres isn't a mobile radio after all these updates. Its not a tech limit or issue as we are not in ps3 days. I would like to have a way to listen to music on the go when I'm not in the car so I don't have to hear Mendoza been f*cking hit for the 100,000 time.  Its in the game files why haven't you added it back in? Even back in 2013 we had mp3's so it still would of make sense.

 

Also why there isn't a phone ui update? I would like to rock a android or a ifruit 12 not a ifruit 4. 

 

with pc and current gen make it happen and re add the animation of puling out your phone like in story mode that was cut from ps3. 

 

We need a quality of life update not anymore Kenny missions.

Let's hope they add this with E&E, also the animals and small decorations like newspaper stands, bushes, plants, garbage and randomly seeing npc's getting chased and arrested or get shot by police. 

 

And i hope for better lightning, it sucks we don't cast a shadow if we stand in the lightbeam of car's front lights, oh and windshield wipers if it rains, and i wanna be able to keep the engine running if i want to, without having to be in "combat mode", and why the hell we can't use the front lights permanently while daylight, we can only use the distance beam light or whatever it's called, and it always turns off after 40 seconds i think, if it's not night. Sometimes i turn on the light if i drive under bridges and if i drive through tunnels, and then out of nowhere the light just goes out, that sometimes leads to a car crash, if i don't see the npc drivers anymore. My game is a bit dark, i like darker nights, so i really need the front lights to see if i drive at night, well in some places at least.

 

More QoL, yeah the game really needs that.

 

Damn it sucks Rockstar don't give us any information at all about the E&E version, all we got is the release date. It's so frustrating.

Oh yeah and the only way to open the windows of our cars, is to show the middlefinger to the left, why we can't just open them normally? It's the small things that matter. They could just add an option for that in the car interaction menu, it would be so simple.

I bet this is content being hold for E&E because they want to monetize the sh*t out of it.

agreed especially since its in the game two fold;

 

1) rockstar has a mobile player in the game files

 

2) for years i have been playing the radio stations on foot, in missions etc. you can even listen to the radio in cayo during preps/setups.

Definitely - it's something people have been asking for for years. And it's not like 'realism' is an issue - we've had GTA-style games use app-based smartphones as menus since Saints Row 3, complete with music players (see also: Watch Dogs 2), so why we can't have a 'music' page under the existing 'settings' app on iFruit.

 

Or maybe have it so you enable it through the interaction menu, and then a new app goes in that bottom-right space that gets used for different things (Trackify, SecuroServ, etc.) depending on context. They could even lean into the whole real-world music label thing they've been doing more recently, and call it the "Circoloco app", and have options for curated playlists (like the ones on the USB stick collectibles), plus the regular radio stations. They're missing a trick, there!

Dude, that's not even the same thing. Xbox had the whole playing music from your console in-game in Vice City but that was still limited to the car radio, not on foot.

Because R* are astoundingly lazy and couldn't care less about what you want because f*ck your cloths and f*ck you mobile radio! Just buy cash turds and enjoy our pristine PS5 re-master masterpiece, it will come to your local store near you! In meanwhile, you can save up cash for more cash turds!

We can totally afford to renew licenses for old GTA games but we have no reason to pay that.

Let's instead purchase a bunch of cheap as f*ck licenses for sh*tty soundcloud rappers and not put in absolutely any relevant music for the players in GTA V.

I played Story Mode 8 times before I joined online. Different endings, messing with the stock market etc and basically just for the fun of playing the missions.

 

By playthough number 3, the radio volume was at zero and its been there ever since. Only lots more rock will ever change that. But I absolutely support your call for it to be mobile, because its easy to do and it would enhance your enjoyment.

same except i shut the music off after the first few weeks online because when you sell drugs or do missions they play this ambeint anxiety causing music the minute your on foot/not driving
