HELP: I have an error after editing with Zmodeler

A while ago I edited a motorcycle with the Zmodeler program, after this I had a problem with the adaptation of the Imvehft mod, basically the textures of the indicator lights work when the right light (z) is activated, when I press the left (c) not the texture is displayed. The strange thing is that before editing it worked correctly. Greetings, I am new to the forum.
