I need help with Ryadica's ReLCS

I want to translate the mod in Bulgarian, I'm using a Russian translation as a base, however, the way the font was made is very weird and I know nothing about editing fonts.dat or how to properly make fonts. I tried editing the font sheet but I failed miserably, it just overlaps with other letters. My issues here is that certain letters are not correctly displayed, from what I've noticed it's just the upper case letters. For example, I edit the .gxt and I change a line, В displays as Ф in-game and there's other issues like that. I would greatly appreciate it if any of you could give me a hand, perhaps even add me on Discord, I don't know?
