JetNormalGuy
He doesn't know how to turn off a fire lol. CynicalMexican
The better question is: will the Expanded and Enhanced Edition include the option to turn the fire off? lol232, Ondr4H, cnp12 and 3 others 5
The Tracker
What the hell you mean? As far as I know, Los Angeles is everything but hot, or at least not that much, it's temperature is typically above the 50s ºFs, not a big deal. Add to it that Franklin literally lives in the mountains. Edited August 27, 2021 by The Tracker

D T
California still gets extremely cold throughout the year. Every apartment I ever lived at in LA had a fireplace. ddarko12
ITT: People who don't realize that in most of America, fireplaces are simply an aesthetic. You can use them, sure, but most modern houses come with sufficient heat and air conditioning. Pretty much every mcmansion in Texas comes with a fireplace, and with the exception of that winter storm last February, it rarely gets below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. People just get them because it looks good or traditional, plain and simple. Edited August 31, 2021 by ddarko12 Crystalien and eejyool 1
kobeni
Every mid century modern style house in LA has a fireplace. It's more of an aesthetic thing than functional. Plus what D T mentioned. Crystalien

I guess Lester can always just hook Franklin up with a new place so long as he's available for another assassination mission, but that seems a bit wasteful, and Lester has to make sure that the new property doesn't have a fireplace, because our boy isn't capable of shutting off a fireplace. Problem is, there is never an moment in the game that it's anything other than steaming hot. Maybe except during rain. My point is that it burns even when it's daytime and scorching hot. 6fangedcutthroatTV
Why does all of our family in LA & RIverside have them? It does get cold there, you know. Sometimes it even flurries some snow. You know what is awesome about SoCal? You drive 45 minutes to get to snow or beach. Is not like you have been inside it to tell how the temperature is like 😛, even if you were saying it based on the way it looks like, Los Santos tends to have cold colors at times: Edited September 11, 2021 by The Tracker

And all your protagonists start sweating too when outside. Where are the pedestrians mentioning that the game is in October though?
