What voice cloning means for the future of GTA modding...

With the rise of cloners and even converters like Respeecher, Uberduck.ai and many more to come, this means ALOT for GTA modding, basically, mods will no longer be a slight change, map chance, or other simple changes. Since we won't require voice actors, this means ALOT, we will be getting full-fledged, proper storyline mods for the first time in GTA mod history.

 

just think about the endless possiblities of custom missions, cutscene and voicelines, we will be finally be able to make a version of the San Andreas storyline where you have choices over your actions like never before, we could rewrite the whole storyline however we please and add much more than just the generic vehicle and map mods.
