ZModeler Problem-Please Help

Hello guys. I have problem with modeling in ZModeler. When I want to Local Axes..>Offset>Reset to Parent, my whole object moves to blue cube instead of just axes..I placed object in right order in hierarchy. This is first time happened to me. Thank you!
