Music Locker bar area

There’s a door leading to the bar area (I don’t mean DJ booth, just to be clear) but when I try to enter I get a message that I don’t have access to the bar area similar to the DJ booth before doing the missions. Does anyone know if there’s a way to access the bar and maybe serve drinks like in the arcade or something like that?

I think you can only serve drinks if you own the place, like you can own the arcade and your own nightclub. The music locker doesn't belong to the player, so it makes sense you can't just get behind the bar and serve drinks.
