Character transfer

I’m wondering if it’s possible to transfer my online character on my Xbox one account to my new pc. I have copies of the game on both platforms and have linked my rockstar social account. But when I head to online on the pc I have to create a new character. I’ve played it for years and have some good progress. It will be a pain if I have to start all over again.

Rockstar disabled character transfers several years ago. Unless they unlock the ability in time for next-next-gen consoles (PS5, XBSX) and E&E it's not possible.
