I like to think Bully is canonical to both the 3D and HD Universes, since it takes place in Bullworth, and that place is confirmed to cross universes. He has killed Catalina and he is pretty much a walking target. Tommy would still be running his empire. CJ is a tricky one because Sal didn't mention him in LCS (and 3 but of course 3 was before San Andreas games released wise). CJ might be dead and hence why Sal never brought him up. If he is alive though, probably still running the garage in Fierro, co-run the Casino in Venturas, and still works as a Mad Dog's manager. Toni I assume would be taking over the Leone family but if he didn't, he would still be a Capo. I assume Joey would want a revenge on Claude and finally became interested to do the Mafia business. I don't think Toni would have a problem with it and acts as Joey's advisor and such. Vic, we already know what happened to him. Mike (GTA Advance) would be living in Colombia. OT: Joey Leone is the new boss of the Leone crime family. Toni Cipriani is promoted to the underboss and Luigi Goterelli is promoted to a capo. The Kasen Yakuza and Colombian Cartel are obviously weakened due to the deaths of Kenji, Asuka, Catalina, and Miguel. Many years later on, Donald Love ran for President of the United States and won, possibly with the help of some mobsters that he knows. As for Claude himself, who knows? He’s one sneaky SOB.
