Silver
The ambient sounds that play on a loop in both III and VC when in the city or near the sea. It's a small thing but to me these random sounds added so much to the atmosphere of both games — the sounds of the birds chirping, the distant noises of the city, the sounds of the seagulls near the sea, and even that brief musical sting that you can hear (first video, at 5:11) which I always found interesting for some reason. I believe you can also hear Bully's pickup sound effect at 5:46 (first video). These ambient sounds have become so ingrained into my brain that their absence in SA has always bugged me. In SA you only hear a faint windy sound regardless of where you are which always made me feel like I was high in the sky or in a desert, it made the overall atmosphere a lot more bland in my opinion. RomanusSolus
Difficulty. Yes, it is quite punishing but honestly? It makes it fun in its own way for me. Every weapon has a purpose and I really find that satisfying. Car physics can go to hell though. Yeah, in Liberty City on the beach area near Salvatore's Mansion/Portland Harbor. Also on Ferry Terminal in LCS. WedaSan
When Claude/Tommy are driving a car with its driver door open, either by collision or he left it open before, if you let go of accelerate button even for a bit, Claude/Tommy will always close the door. While CJ, sometimes or might even occasionally, he won't close the door even if I let go of accelerate so I have to get him off the car then reenter again just to close the door. Coltrane Crowley
Vc and III don't have a jetpack - disbalanced thing for easy and cheap exploration of whole map. Without this thing, game map looks bigger and more sacred in places what difficult to see Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/974918-what-did-gta-iii-and-gta-vc-do-better-than-gta-sa/page/3/#findComment-1072532463 Share on other sites
