Limited Speed Error!

Hi guys, 

Is anyone get the same problem as me? After LS Tuner i bought most of tuner cars such as Calico, Comet S2, Dominator ASP and i easily drove up to 140 - 150 mph with full upgraded. Recently, when i drag in LSIA, the maximum speed which i can reach is around 120 - 125 but my friends can drive my car with maximum speed 150 - 160. I have no ideas what is going in on there. Is there any speed limited error?

There are tyres with low grip that increase the top speed, and also you can lower all LS Tuner cars in the interaction menu, that also increases top speed. That probably is it.

 

Also on PC it sometimes matters if you got high or low FPS if playing, that can increase the top speed of some cars too, especially if the tyres clip into the ground.

 

811 is one of these cars that get insanely fast on PC, if using custom spoiler and having high FPS, just an example. 

 

After Cunning Stunts has been released there was a car Annis RE-7B, that reached the max speed of the game engine i think, it has been patched sadly, damn it was so unbelievable fast. It was the fastest car ever in the game.

So that s the point! I think the main problem is about FPS because my friends and i test speed on the same vehicles. Many thanks for your reply, this problem upset me a little bit because i am really interested in modified cars and speed :))

Your friends cars can also get a top speed boost if they were stanced

I know, all of my cars were tested with full upgraded for engine, transmission, turbo and set lowered stance. But i only reach 120 to 125, my friend easily reach 160 and above on my Comet S2.

Are you playing on ps4? Maybe your R2 button is broken and doesnt give your car full gas.

Hi all, finally i found out that the main problem is all about FPS, i can easily reach 160 with FPS over 60. And with the FPS around 30 - 40, the max speed i can reach is 125. Now the topic should be change to "how to increase FPS in GTA v" :)))
