I don't think they read these forums, heck I doubt they read all of the reports and tickets that players send to them. The input could come from other social media sites, and I would bet that they nit pick the ones that get more publicity. I mean there has to be a way for them to find out our little tricks so that they can patch them up right quick, like that gold glitch that happened in the single player game when it first came out.
