Cars missing from my inventory

I was hoping someone could help me figure out where several of my cars have disappeared to. I have spent a lot of money on them and on customizing them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I had something like this happen one time, I think it was back when the first formula car came out. I had bought and tuned a bunch of the new cars that came with the update, I believe the Sultan Classic, the Sugoi, Zion Classic, Blista Kanjo, maybe something else, they were all in the same garage

 

Anyway, I was in free roam and called the mechanic to get one of them, but suddenly those cars were just gone from the garage even though I had literally just driven one of them. And it was only those new cars that were gone, it was like it just reverted me back to the release of that update. I haven't got the slightest idea what happened there. This was on PS4 as well, so most likely not anybody messing with a menu or anything. They were just wiped from existence

 

I wish I had saved a video clip, since I think I had just been in that garage looking at the cars before I drove one of them out. Didn't even occur to me because I was just so confused. Tried sending Rockstar support screenshots from before and after, but I just received a reply that they couldn't verify my claims so that was like five million just gone lol. I didn't play this jumbled spaghetti code of a game for a while after that. I do not trust anything about this game

 

So anyway, maybe the same thing happened to you, in which case you need to just accept that they're just gone now

Unpopular opinion but if they're lost just start duping or doing other money glitch to get money so you can buy them back..
