LUISDooM
After finishing rigging a model, I noticed that it ended being way smaller that it should be... Spoiler The one on the left has to be taller than the one in the right. lol Is it possible to scale the skin without doing the rigging process all over again? Tut98
Thanks. I've followed this guide for a different type of rig but it should work for GTA too. Instead of typing in the CATUnits Ratio value in the CAT rig, I think you just scale the Root bone to your likings - scale the bone like you would scale any other object. Once the bone is rescaled, I think you need to go into Hierarchy panel and under Reset Transforms, click Scale. This should reset the scale back to 100%. Let me know if this works if not I'll test it myself later.
LUISDooM
Thank you very much for your reply @Tut98! Unfortunately it didn't work. After following the steps of the video and your tips, the model is still at the same size, but misplaced from the center (it got a bit under the floor). I gone too far on making it 50% of itt's original size but it got even worse. This is a comparison, the one on the left is the original and the one on the right is the resized one. Spoiler And this is how it looks in-game after export... Spoiler Left: Original - Right:Resized 50% (please note the player model misplaced from the shadow), the animations work well. I even compared the exported DFFs and while their bones/model sizes differ, the in game model looks exactly the same size as the original, but just misplaced. Tut98
Thanks. Unfortunately I cannot access GTA at the moment as my other PC's mouse is dead, but I'll try to remember to test this once I'm able to. LUISDooM

No problem, thank you very much for your reply, it was very helpful. I'll do more experimenting with that info later, to see what I can achieve. ZAZ
As i made KingKong, i had to modify the root bone after rigging, so i did a rightclick and selected convert to editable mesh Then a message came up, can't remember the exatly text, something like that the mesh can get corrupted I clicked to the button "hold" and could modify the root bone and the model worked But i believe the mesh will be corrupted if you do more(many) changes CLEO MODS CLEO Script Tutorial
