that is not 100% true. he may not yell or taunt as much as other rockstar protagonists. but i have had instances where a lawman will yell at him. and arthur argues back. or if he kills one of their horses. he will shout something like not so fast and more. so he does yell sometimes but not as much.

He taunts when you clear out a gang camp. Said ''That all of you? sh*t'' when I killed an O'Driscoll camp.
