LudaPecurka
Problem encountered on oldgarage_sfs.dff on which I added skid marks.https://imgur.com/a/EGVnr53 On first image you can see skid mark that's close to oldgarage_sfs, while on second image you can see skid mark that's away from oldgarage_sfs. Third image is there just to show where they are exactly. The skid mark on second image has texture quality increased once oldgarage_sfs begins turning into LOD model. So, I guess that oldgarage_sfs has some kind of a limit on minimum alpha value, which is why the lighter part of skid mark texture is not visible. And just to note, I am using Blender to export oldgarage_sfs into GTA.
Tut98
GTA culls alpha values below I believe around 30 or 35%. If the object has IDE flag (dec) 68 (possibly 4 and 64) it will render all alpha values however only transcluent textures should be on this model - not opaque ones. https://gtamods.com/wiki/Item_Definition#GTA_San_Andreas

I guess a solution for this would be to add another model only for these textures with transparency.. but I kinda don't know how.
guard3
Rearrange your materials so that any translucent material is LAST in order.
