are Ending's A and B considered Alternate Universes/Reality's?

Hey. 

 

i just wanted to post something that had me curious.

 

are Endings A and B (Something Sensible and The Time's Come) considered Alternate Universes/Reality's?  because well if Ending C Deathwish/The Third Way is considered Canon then wouldnt the endings where Michael and Trevor die be considered a Alternate Universe/Reality where Franklin followed Steve or Devin's orders and betrayed one of his friends? because think about if in Ending A Franklin probably thinks about sparing Trevor but then remembers all the bad stuff that happened to him and Michael ever since they became involved with Trevor (The Chinese O Neil's Merryweather etc) and decides the only way for not only him and Michael but everyone to have a peaceful life/get the FIB and Merryweather off of his and Mike's back is to kill Trevor and then there's Michael's Ending Devin tells Franklin to kill Michael for not only ruining several of his bussiness ventures but also in Devin's eyes killing Molly so are the other 2 endings considered a Universe where Franklin didnt go through with contacting Lester to help him?.

I mean, sure. I guess you can see them as glimpses into a parallel universe, or 'what if scenarios.

 

If we really want to get philosophical, we can always theorize the structure of universes and quantum physics in the GTA paradigm.
