RedHolySmoke
This is the location where I crashed and also an oyster location: https://ibb.co/g6fSByC So I tried looking up what could be causing this bug in the game and the closest thing I could find was this Reddit post: I tried reinstalling the game and that didn't work. I tried rebuilding database and that also did nothing. I also did the driving school so I think that could be the cause of the bug happening. I really don't want to restart everything just because of one glitch as I'm trying to 100% the game and I'm almost there. Whenever I get near that general area I get: "An error has occurred in the following application. (CE-34878-0)" I'm thinking about doing the driving school again to see if that changes anything but I doubt it will. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ArmanCan
There is a fix about your error code.. - Apart from your error this site http://www.gtasnp.com offers you to upload your save file and copy the url to us... - If you are trying to find a fix with your own and you have a previous save file like "Are you going to San Fierro?" you can use it to complete every mission except Driving School and complete this school later Edited August 14, 2021 by ArmanCan RedHolySmoke

It sounds like you've got the Blackboard Glitch, a rare glitch where the driving or bike schools can delete the blackboard at the SF Dry Docks, causing a crash whenever the player approaches the area. You can confirm this glitch easily enough using a sniper rifle to view the area where the blackboard should be located after completing the mission, Customs Fast Track. This is a tricky glitch. It's possible to repair the damage with custom scripts or save editing, but it's still a bit too complex for GTASnP's repair tools. None of these options are of any help for PS4. It's my understanding that PS4 saves are hopelessly encrypted, inaccessible and tamperproof. If you have full access to the save I'll try to help you out, just for the fun of working on a PS4 save issue. The best option would be to revert to a previous save; hopefully you've got a few saves before or after critical missions and won't need to start over from scratch. If you have a save after Customs Fast Track and before starting bike or driving school then the blackboard should still exist, allowing for the collection of oysters and export missions. The blackboard glitch will occur again when the school missions are started but you can put that off until the very end if necessary. Better yet, if you have a save before completing Customs Fast Track then you should be able to avoid the glitch completely. Just before starting Customs Fast Track, go to the driving school and view all of the available lessons - you don't need to actually drive. Then go complete Customs Fast Track. It should be almost impossible for an object handle collision to occur in this situation, but just to be sure... Revisit driving school after Customs Fast Track, then make sure the blackboard still exists before saving the progress. Sorry, I'm sure none of this is what you were hoping to hear. RedHolySmoke
@OrionSR @ArmanCan Thank you guys for the advice. I overwrite my one save file after every mission and I completed the entire story, so unfortunately I'll have to start all over again on a new 2nd save file below that one and see if that fixes everything. It's gonna take a while but I'm mainly going for trophies so I should be alright. 1 hour ago, OrionSR said: It's my understanding that PS4 saves are hopelessly encrypted, inaccessible and tamperproof. Sorry I'm just not familiar with it at all.

If you can access to your directory you can also try one of these.. especially "Reuniting the Families" https://gtasnp.com/browse/index/gtasa_ps2/1/save_progress/asc I have no idea about this file and it's reliability. It is a PS2 file and you have to try it on your console. Off course i'm not responsible about crashes
