III Classic Game freezes in Kanbu Bust-Out

As the title says my game freezes in the mission Kanbu Bust-Out. The game says i need to get a cop car and rig it with a bomb. I get the car, drive to the garage drive car inside and the door closes. After that the game crashes at the exact moment when the garage door starts to open.

I'm unfamiliar with this bug/issue. Try Silent's fix and see if it fixes this issue: https://silent.rockstarvision.com/uploads/SilentPatchIII.zip

 

I take it you're playing the stock (Steam?) version of the game.

I already had SilentPatch installed but i downloaded the GTA 3 Definitive Edition from here https://www.definitive-edition-project.com/iii-de. Loaded my save file and i could easily pass that mission.

I got the same issue too. Only except im just using the silent patch and a skin mod. No idea how to fix it
