How to create .ivfc files

Hi. I always wanted to put colors in my added cars in the game but since I have installed Imported Vehicle Features, the colors get inaccurate as I put them in carcols.dat. However, I got the idea of making .ivfc files, the only thing is that the game crashes whenever I make them. At one point I made .ivfc files but the game didn't crash. Now, as I add more colors on the .ivfc file, the game crashes while loading.

 

I tried to search tutorials on how to create ivfc files like Mad_Driver10 usually does in his car mods, but I can't find one. Can someone give a guide on how to make an .ivfc file?
