GTA San Andreas Mission Pack Fix?

So I wanted to try this "Mission Packs" expect using "Design Your Own Mission" modification. I know that Rockstar removed this thing.

 

Whatever, I was looking at this forum post and were looking  at Seeman's Mission Pack Fix. But for some reason, which I think that download is gone... I can't downloand that fix.

 

Can somebody give that Mission Packs Fix Link that works? Thank you already
