There a mod for this game that makes it possible for cops to call backup on npc criminals?

They just get into an endless gunfight behind cover and I wish it could be escalated. I remember in GTA V this was possible and police would slowly send in extra vehicles. Is there a mod that can do this for this game? Does LCPDFR manage to do it?

Anyone? It would make sense that LCPDFR does it as police should call backup there, but I have yet to try and I mean, making a mod like this is kind of expected as mods like arrest warrant and lcpdfr and such are already out there, but no police call backup mod
