It's actually a simple edit in Pedstats.dat file. Just added Shopping Bags flag to STAT_PLAYER. Your initial attack will be Roundhouse instead of the ordinary punch.

You can repeat this move by Moving the joystick or other before the end of roundhouse kick animation and attack again, rinse and repeat if you like.. timing is easy.

And No.. No shopping Bags will appear in Claude's hands.
