Adding cars to GTA UG

Hi, I really wanted to add cars in the game. I installed Free IDs so I can add cars above the 400 ID line (which is SA Landstalker). I added one car by adding the IMG files in the custom_mods.img, and when I tried to spawn it, the game crashes. Is there any solution to this? I wish one of the future updates will support adding cars.

 

And one question, why is gta.img encrypted in GTA UG?
