A6pukoc
What should I do for it? I wanted to make carbine rifle have firepower of M16 from GTA 3 and I thought that turning timebetweenshots="133"> into timebetweenshots="33"> would do the job. Because carbine rifle has firing rate of 450 RPM while M16 has 1800. And after writing this I came up with another idea - what Is necessary to make Automatic Shotgun from TBoGT normal firing rate match to firing rate when Luis is falling or burning? B Dawg
Time between shots only applies to ragdoll state (and weapons without animations like the Minigun afaik). There is a fire rate multiplier that can be applied to weapons (and is applied to some of them), but that only affects you/the player, and doesn't affect the NPCs fire rate. So, what is this multiplier?
