Arcade bug

So I bought arcade which involves diamond casino heist, to finish the arcades setup you need to do part of heist setup,after finishing the setup(scope out) my game crashed,and after loading back online my arcade was the same as before with option to launch the setup again, after starting it and going back to casino it doesnt give such an option as send the photo to lester,and in arcade down at heist prep table one of the heist boards isnt empty, yet it doesnt register and makes me do same setup over and over without being able to complete it, therefore aswell not being able to complete arcade setup.

 

Would appreciate any help on how to solve it, tried switching lobbies,restarting game,switching characters and even switching arcades location for extra costs.

If all that dident work i think its the best to go to the r* support. It will take a while bc they have many request's atm but they can reset it

^Same advice as poster above. I would add though that you might want to get some footage of what is exactly happening every time, so Support can be easily address your issue.
