GTA IV San Andreas FREEZE CRASH

My GTA IV: San Andreas always hangs and crashes for 10 mins when I'm playing. Can anyone help me out? And when I'm falling from "Bank Tower" it always freezes and I need to open task manager to force close the game, Please help me :((
