Okay maybe I'm a total idiot and I'm missing something, but what's the point of installing signal jammers at all six of the banks if the cops are alerted after the first one no matter what you do?

I think this is for when you play it with multiple people. If you do it with four players, you can get most of the banks done before the cops come after you.

Guess it requires perfect timing and a team of 4.

When you are alone it is enough to do the first two.

Doing the signal jammers is pointless really. If you're even partially mentally aware, you'd park your car close to, or in, the bank, therefore the cops will only do minimal damage. After all, they stay outside and don't come in the bank. Just start the prep and then immediately find a new lobby -  job complete. You can then start the finale, probably saving you at least 5 mins (solo).

Oh, and when you're on your last bank, you can call in Diversion to lose the cops easier.

 

I did a 2-player preps and finale in 11:15. We can get this to sub 11:00 next time.
