GTA UNDERGROUND 4.1.7 CRASH FIX

So, I downloaded latest version of gta underground which at this moment is 4.1.7 and I installed it like readme.txt says.

And when I play it after like 5-10 minutes the game crashes, no matter what I do it always crashes.

And as for mods I have installed I only have DYOM cause I want to make DYOM missions in underground,

so if any of you guys know how to fix it let me know.
