No bad ones left, but Intel Gathering gets my vote - it allows us to explore Cayo Perico, the first and only map expansion we’ve had in 8 years. Cutting Torch is rather basic, put on a hat, pick stuff up and return. Nothing wrong with it but nothing terribly special about it either.

Much like @Jimbatron said, just having a good wander around somewhere new is great. The plane flight there can be a bit of a snooze, but it's worth it to me.

 

I do prefer the cutting torch prep over the longfin one, just. More because now I'm past the new factor and on repeat runs it's just quick and easy to wrap up, usually the last prep I do before heading off to rob the compound. Though I do enjoy using my Phantom Wedge or stealing a cab to collect the trailer with the boat on too, any excuse to go trucking. :D

 

A very worthy top 3 for me. :)
