Press E to open the safe. Oh, it's locked. Press E to hack the computer. Press E again to open the safe. Don't forget to press E -again- to pick up the weapons.

Now press Q to exit back to the roof. Wait, you pressed E again didn't you? And you exited to the ground.

The podium seems locked in. No bad missions left but I prefer Kosatka to the weapons as you can use your own sub actively in the mission. It’s actually really fun if you have crew mates (rare I know) and one person goes in, the others man the periscope and guided missiles. Closest thing there is to naval warfare in the game.
