G The Generous
If you have played the mobile version or used its player.img for your modded game, you can notice that CJ face looks slightly different on some hairstyles; this is because there are at least 4 variations of upscaled CJ face textures being scrambled all over the place. Now I like this remastered face because the original texture was a bit too low res, so I've adjusted all these CJ face textures, features following: - CJ's face is now consistent with all hairstyles, some hair textures were slightly adjusted to be more similar to its original version. - Adjusted face texture; by comparing all the upscaled variations with original PC face texture, I picked out the best parts, combined and used it for the rest of the textures. - Slightly remove the fold in his cheeks, this is to make him more similar to original texture and doesn't look older than he should. This mod contains all CJ face textures, so you don't need mobile files to use this mod. It's strongly recommend to use these adjusted face textures with original PC clothing textures since the upscaled clothes are terrible. Without mod: With mod: Comparing between original and mobile texture, the coloration is very close, the biggest difference would be the five o clock shadow area which is more defined on mobile texture. The discoloration seems to be more noticeable ingame due to user's brightness or lighting config. Would you mind make a screenshot with original CJ texture? I can cross reference and see if adjustment of coloration is necessary. p/s: I've made a quick brightness adjustment to make the tone similar to original texture, this is only default CJ hair for now. If the coloration turn out better for you I will apply it to the rest of the hairstyles. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BLCogvxP08DH3o8Pgc6ZVmlovrbS4N8p/view?usp=sharing p/s 2: After testing out various color adjusment with the texture, I've decided that adjustment is not necessary. Original texture's coloration is also inconsistent (you can look at his hand on above screenshots), at this moment I'm pleased with current scope of the mod and don't plan to do further overhaul.
