Annoying problem with GTA VC

Hello,

Yesterday I've played a few hours my comp restarted because of a power fall... Anyway, since then I can't start the game, when I click the shortcut it opens up a pop a window that says "cannot find 640x480 video mode"

I tried to uninstall and then install the game again and again and it didn't work. HELP!   :sui:
