Headlights turn off automatically

As stated in the title my headlights will not stay on after driving for a little bit which leadsme to believeit's related to distance traveled, I've noticed it since the tuners update released, so it has to be a bug or a (unnecessary) feature, I noticed it first in my Futo GTX and my Elegy Retro Custom, both of the cars had colored headlights, the elegy still does, but I was testing to see if the colored headlights were the problem on the GTX and the issue still happens with xenon lights but stock headlights seem to work fine, this is on the standard xbox one btw.

 

Long story short, my headlights don't like to stay on and will automatically turn themselves on because headlights are people too.
