How Can I desice what clothes will the players use in my custom jobs?

Hello.. I've got a problem..

 

I tried to create custom jobs in creator mode in gta 5 online.. I was able to create the job itself, but I didn't find any way to determent the clothes, that the players would use while playing my job..

I've seen clothes on others' jobs, so I know it's possible.. ( IMPORTANT! I'm sure it was a job creater by a another player.. it was NOT rockstar created )

 

Any ideas or information, about this problemm.. please leave a comment..
