Help finding designer hoodie clothes in mod menu

Can someone help me.

 

I can't seem to find the Designer Hoodie in the torso section. See below for the Hoodie I am looking for.

I was looking for these too and I eventually found them by accident, they are not separate clothes at all, they are decals that just go on a standard black hoodie, so technically you can throw them on any other color hoodie as well

what type of decals? which mod menu did you use? thanks

To edit my character in single player I use an older mod called Skin Control, it's no longer updated, but it doesn't need to, it just adds every new item from each DLC it on it's own, in that they are called Decals.

I also have Simple Trainer, they're are also in there, they are called T-shirt Overlays there (specifically that, there's also "shirt overlays" but that's just different colors/textures of the same item)

 

Any trainer/mod menu should have this option where you edit your clothes, a bunch of general overlays/decals that change a picture on the item of clothing you're wearing, some will actually on the item, other floating above it or sticking through it because they belong on an other item of clothing with a different model.
