I think it is kinda possible to kill them in a sneaky kind of way if you hide in somewhere like a bush, but it is kinda hard to do, since it takes them a lot of time to turn into a searching state and split up, that, and the fact that the stealth isn't very polished, you have to be very careful with every kill you make.

well if you like it thats your opinion. i just wish there was a way to disable it. even the blackwater police dont have it. they are more annoying than sirens in gta to me.

Ikr? The fact that they only sound in Saint Denis really makes you feel you are a wanted, outsider man in a different, more "civilized" place where you don't belong, and where things are punished harder, the fact that they sound so loud and so constantly really gives you the sense you are dangerous to society and that they really want you death.
