Unable to re-download GTA V on PS4 "cannot continue using the application"

Hello, I need help here. I recently deleted GTA V from my PS4 and I am now trying to re-download it. When I put the disc in my console, the game downloads and starts with no problem, but once I reach the install screen, things start to go wrong. The game has been crashing during the install with an error message saying "Cannot continue using the application, the disc might damaged or dirty, please remove the disc and close the application". I have looked up online for ways to fix this issue and so far It has been unsuccessful. I tried to rebuilt the database, clean the disc, log out of psn, turn off wifi, remove the save files (I moved them to a usb), turn the PS4 in rest mode during the error message and nothing worked. Every time I start the game and get on that goddamn install screen, the disc stops spinning towards 49%-50%, that stupid message appears and if I turn the console in rest mode (which takes me back immediately in the game when I turn the PS4 back on) the game is still stuck on 49% and the error message keeps popping up. At one point, I even got a CE-3005-8 error when trying to open the game and when I clicked on ok, a second app opened next to GTA saying "CORRUPTED DATA". I am running out of options, I heard that using another copy of the game works, but it doesn’t work all the time and even factory reseting the console or using another console is not guaranteed to work
